    The 100th Episode of GA

"What a Difference a Day Makes" --- the biggest day

seriously?! seriously!! i cannot imagine this drama have been with us for 5 years already, and it was 100 episodes in total.
Okay, Derek and Meredith didn't get married. That's too bad, but it was for a good reason. And i am so touched... ... coz Izzie got her dream wedding after all.
    Cristina, Mer and Izzie
As for Meredith, it was a turning point in her life as well. That is the happy woman you saw-- doing her solo surgery and smiling at the Chief. The one giving her wedding away with warmth and joy. THAT WAS THE SAME WOMAN WHO TRIED TO DROWN HERSELF. That was our dark and twisty girl. All grown up. Whole. Healed. FOR REAL. For once, Mer is the calm one. The happy one. The one who is fine.
    Alex
As for Alex, he became a real man with the beautiful vows: "Today's the day my life begins. All my life I've been just me. Just a smart mouth kid. Today I become a man. Today I become a husband. Today I become accountable to someone other than myself. Today I become accountable to you. To our future. To all the possibilities that a marriage has to offer. Together, no matter what happens, I'll be ready. For anything. For everything. To take on life, to take on love. To take on possibility and responsibility. Today Izzie Stevens, our life together begins. And I for one can't wait."
