"What a Difference a Day Makes" --- the biggest day

 

seriously?! seriously!! i cannot imagine this drama have been with us for 5 years already, and it was 100 episodes in total.  

Okay, Derek and Meredith didn't get married. That's too bad, but it was for a good reason. And i am so touched... ... coz Izzie got her dream wedding after all.

As for Meredith, it was a turning point in her life as well. That is the happy woman you saw-- doing her solo surgery and smiling at the Chief. The one giving her wedding away with warmth and joy. THAT WAS THE SAME WOMAN WHO TRIED TO DROWN HERSELF. That was our dark and twisty girl. All grown up. Whole. Healed. FOR REAL. For once, Mer is the calm one. The happy one. The one who is fine.

As for Alex, he became a real man with the beautiful vows: "Today's the day my life begins. All my life I've been just me. Just a smart mouth kid. Today I become a man. Today I become a husband. Today I become accountable to someone other than myself. Today I become accountable to you. To our future. To all the possibilities that a marriage has to offer. Together, no matter what happens, I'll be ready. For anything. For everything. To take on life, to take on love. To take on possibility and responsibility.  時間象流水樣，秋天來了，天氣也涼快了，浮躁的日子終于過去，而我們...又開始追新季劇集liao。

盼望著，盼望著。久違了的美劇重返屏幕了。

 

Debby一直嚷嚷著不愛看美劇，就是因爲時間拖得太長，等的心煩。Grace也是沒什麽耐心的人，都是等當季的劇集播完了，才一次性的下載來看。不過我倒還是追得不亦樂乎。前陣子的編劇演員大罷工，弄得我轉去淘久違的港劇。等了近半年時間，才重新回歸美劇。

 

從小就愛看譯制片，守著電視等著壹個禮拜壹次的譯制片看。當時的媒體傳播不像現在這麽開放，片源少得可憐不說，還淨是壹些老片子，可看的還是興高采烈的。第一部追得很勤的長篇譯制片就是[俠膽雄心]，還是和我媽一起看的。那個配音真是絕了，特有磁性。一度讓我夢想著投考廣院去。

 

恩，這個暑假檔看來很精彩。

　曾經有一個小小的社會新聞，四個男孩子相偕去戲水，結果大浪一來，三個人死掉了，只剩下一個活著游回來。報紙上談論著死掉的那三個孩子，而我急切地找活著的那一個：怎麼沒有他的名字呢？怎麼沒有人告訴我只剩下他活下來之後、他過得怎麼樣呢？大家都替死的人感到難過，我卻一直在想，活下來的那一個，一下子失去了三個好朋友，他會不會孤單？

　所以我有了【沈睡的青春】。

　沈睡，說的不是青春的消逝，而是生命的孤寂，可是卻用一種帶著詩意的甜美浪漫被呈現出來，原因是我並不想再增加生命的悲傷，相反地，我想療傷，靜靜地、緩緩地、幫忙那些有遺憾的生命找到存在的力量。紀念那些已消失、即將消失的集體記憶。

 

最近在看着号称[Sex and the City]姊妹篇的[Cashmere Mafia]。先占个坑，稍后再来写观后感。

 难得一见的一幕，《欲望都市》的女孩们又回来了

         

  

Sarah dead in the 4^th episode, I cannot believe that...

 

I know the actress pregnant, and she needs stay at home to wait for new baby’s coming. But when she decided leave Prison Break team, still shocked me deeply. The news was too suddenly... many people complained FB would not be worth to watch without Sarah. Maybe the comment over-stated, but my personal feel that the latest season not as exciting as previous ones – at least for these 4 episodes.

 

Firstly, I do not like the prison environment – it was too dirty and messy, maybe the new story needed to emphases Sona was a place with no hope, but to me – I just cannot accept. Secondly, this time inner conflict not described clearly and the whole tempo of the story was a bit slow.

 

However, there are still curious questions drive us to go along with the story. First, how Lincoln help Michael get out of Sona is a question – he was not structure engineer like his younger brother although he was smart too, and he was outside the prison. Second, once Michael knows Sarah’s death, would he refuse helping ‘company’? Or, suppose Lincoln hides Sarah’s death, what if Michael finds out truth, – would brothers stay in same boat?

 

Gossip: either Lincoln or Michael would die in this season...?!

 

One more time, feel sad that ‘Sarah’ had left us...

 

 

 

 

PS: home network still facing frequent disconnection problem, very difficult to get on line. Speechless... so I only could get on line during working hours but this stupid PC didn’t have Chinese characters input. Orz !!!

但最后他決定不因此而自暴自棄，以庸懶的態度來面對各種事

Watched 1st episode of Grey’s Anatomy new season last Sunday . Saw many new faces, but still hope all the ppl - Meredith, Cristina, Addision, Izzie, Shepherd, George, Alex, Ms Nazi ... got happier life ahead.

 

Previously in Grey’s Anatomy, Meredith Grey together with first year surgical interns – Cristina Yang, Izzie Stevens, George O’Malley and Alex Karev, had a toughest surgical residency training program at Seattle Grace Hospital in west of Harvard.

 

One year later... after failing his intern exam, George reluctantly faces his first day reliving his internship among a sea of fresh faces. Meanwhile, Cristina, Meredith, Izzie and Alex are in charge of their own interns and George is assigned to Meredith. Today they're doctors and, in a world where on the job training can be a matter of life and death, they're all juggling the ups and downs of their own personal lives.

Neither Cristina or Meredith have heard from her exes since the wedding day, and they don't seem overly concerned, which astounds Izzie, who is counting every day since she last spoke to George. Cristina nicknames George "Bambi," saying he needs to learn how to deal with his new situation. Shepherd tells Cristina that Burke left two weeks ago when she went to her own “honeymoon” with Meredith. On the other side, Shepherd is breaking-up with Meredith. To him, Meredith is a woman needing much love and trying to lead a real life while doing a job that makes having a real life impossible.

 

Still in the new season, young interns are struggling to become doctors and those doctors are struggling to stay human. During the painful interns’ lives, they discover neither medicine nor relationship can be defined in black or white. Real life only comes in shades of grey.

 

To all of them, a change is gonna come...

 

"Private Practice" -- A spin-off of the medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" centering on the life of neonatal surgeon Addison Montgomery.

 

Addison reunites with her friends from medical school, Naomi and Sam Bennett, joining them at their chic, co-op, Oceanside Wellness Center in Santa Monica. Naomi, a fertility and hormone specialist and majority owner of the clinic, and Sam, an internist whose self-help books have made him the "common man's medical guru," are newly divorced. They co-exist for the sake of their teenaged daughter, Maya, and their medical practice, but the relationship is hardly amicable. 

For Addison, an old friend's invitation brings her to a new city and a new life full of promise. At Oceanside Wellness Center, the doctors are dedicated pros; it's their private lives that need a little practice.
